General Information
Our acoustic panels are designed to improve sound quality by reducing echo and noise levels in various environments. While they enhance acoustics, they do not provide complete soundproofing.
ACOUSTICWORKS warrants that supplied acoustic products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery, regardless of usage intensity, and applies only to the original end user. The warranty is non-transferable.
ACOUSTICWORKS will at its sole discretion and free of charge for materials and components, repair or replace any acoustic product, panel, part, or component that fails under normal use conditions.Where repair or replacement is not commercially feasible, ACOUSTICWORKS may provide a refund or credit for the affected product.“End User” refers to the final purchaser who acquires the acoustic product from ACOUSTICWORKS for their own use and not for resale, redistribution, or commercial distribution.

Proper installation is essential for optimal performance. Please follow the provided installation instructions carefully. If unsure, consult a professional for assistance. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or misuse.
Fire Safety
ACOUSTICWORKS Acoustic panels should not be exposed to open flames or extreme heat sources. Always check product specifications and ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations.
Placing Orders
Customers must provide all relevant details, including product name, size, pattern name, color name, order number, and delivery address, when placing an order. Customers are responsible for confirming color and design before making a purchase. All orders will be invoiced based on the current published price list.
Maintenance and Care
To maintain the appearance and performance of your acoustic panels, clean them with a soft cloth or vacuum using a brush attachment. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive moisture. Fabrics are not completely stable, and minor stretching or shrinkage due to changing humidity is normal. The company does not guarantee fabrics against shrinkage, fading, or wear.
Environmental and Health Consideration
Our panels are made from safe, non-toxic materials. However, individuals with sensitivities to certain materials should review the product composition before use. If irritation or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a professional.
Compliance and Regulations
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the acoustic panels comply with applicable building codes and regulations in their area. Upon delivery, client must inspect the products and sign a receipt for domestic sales.

Return Policy
At ACOUSTICWORKS, returns are not guaranteed but may be accepted at our discretion. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and does not establish a precedent for future returns. If approved, returns may be subject to specific conditions, including a restocking fee.
Acoustic Panels (Wall and Ceiling)
- Claims for defective acoustic panel products or supply errors must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, intact packaging. Products that have been cut, modified, or partially installed will not be eligible for any claims.
- Customers are responsible for confirming color, finish, and design specifications prior to purchase.
- By purchasing and using our acoustic panels, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy and agrees to use the product at their own risk.
Acoustic Products (Pods and Desk Screens and Partitions)
- Goods that have been made to order in a specific finish, upholstery, or acoustic configuration as per customer specifications cannot be returned.
- Stock items can be returned provided that we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the order, and the item is returned within 3 days from delivery. The product must be in new, unused condition, with all original
- packaging, tags, and protective materials intact. “New and unused” shall mean no marks, damage, installation, or signs of use.
- The item shall be returned at the charge of the customer. We can collect at a charge to be agreed with our Customer Care personnel.
- Delivery and assembly costs are not refundable. And based on our evaluation of item condition we will refund the product value.
- Assembled or made to order items cannot be returned/exchanged.
- If a client fails to take deliver of any product on any scheduled delivery date, maximum amount of AED 450/Day storage charge will apply.
Warranty and Liability
ACOUSTICWORKS products are warranted for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase and shall meet the specifications outlined in the Product Specification Document available on the ACOUSTICWORKS website.
Warranty does not apply to product defects, damage, failure, or loss resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Acts of vandalism or inappropriate treatment.
- Unsuitable application or use in poorly designed installations that places undue stress on the product.
- Exposure to unusual atmospheric or environmental conditions.
- Goods that have been further processed by the customer or others.
- No warranty applies to color fading or discoloration resulting from exposure to sunlight
- Electrical or mechanical failures caused by improper connection, misuse, or unauthorized servicing of phone pods.
- Failure to follow ACOUSTICWORKS installation, operation, care, or maintenance instructions.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or the use of unsuitable cleaning agents.
